You’ll join one of our history-savvy Munich hosts as you delve into the city’s past, exploring its vibrant history. Visit the Neo-Gothic Neues Rathaus, the Baroque style Nymphenburg Palace and darker aspects of its past as you visit landmarks associated with the rise and fall of Hitler and Germany’s Third Reich, like the building where Hitler first joined the Nazi party and the former Gestapo headquarters. Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host who will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. Great tour! Our guide was personable and helpful. Showed us a lot but not rushed. She personalized it for us and went at our pace.

In the description it says that "After booking, you can adjust the meeting point to fit your preferences", however when we booked the tour, the guide refused to customize our meeting point and didn't even explain why. At the same time we received an email from the company stating that the guide will meet us at the hotel. And then another email from the company confirming meeting at our hotel. That was all very confusing. We were not sure if the guide will come to our hotel after all or not, will the tour happen tomorrow or not. Should we plan something else or wait for third confirmation? When we asked the guide (direct quote) "why do you say one thing and your company says another thing?", the guide canceled the tour and wrote us that we are being aggressive and rude, and we should be more polite. Not sure what was rude and aggressive about this message, but whatever. The whole experience dealing with this company was a waste of time. If you want a smooth vacation with a friendly service from the guide, look elsewhere.
