    This tour takes you on a short walk with the farmer. You will know the history of umbrian olive oil and the techniques used to produce this high quality product. You will see the olive trees, the oil mill where they are ground into a paste and the state of the art equipment used to extract the oil and will enjoy a beautiful view from the panoramic terrace.

  • During the harvest period, the oil mill tour may have restrictions due to the availability of staff.

Really enjoyed learning more about olives, how they grow and how they’re processed. Very glad we did the tour and the olive tasting and bruschetta at the end was amazing.

Realtà familiare in cui si percepisce tutta la passione e la storia. La visita è stata molto interessante e ricca, sia dal punto di vista “tecnico” che dell’esperienza. Prodotti di altissima qualità in cui si percepisce anche la passione di tutta la famiglia Ronci. Consigliatissima!
