Kan varmt anbefale et besøg hos Stefano og hans fantastiske familie. Det var en mindeværdig aften, hvor man foruden at blive indført i den Italienske kogekunst, også fik et indblik i Stefano og hans, og familiens, historie. Kan kun anbefale det. I bliver ikke skuffet. Stor oplevelse.

My adult daughter and I attended the cooking class, it was wonderful but much more! Stefano and his son made the evening a cultural experience. By the end of the evening we were family. The class was fun, yet very educational. Stefano has a way of delivering amazing food in a simple manner. . Please take the time and explore a bit of Umbria on a very personal level! Thank you Stefano for the great evening!

Spoleto, historycznie przez kilka dni było stolicą Włoch i urok tego miasta faktycznie na to zasługuje. Trafiliśmy do szefa Stefano niezupełnie przez przypadek, poleciła nam to miejsce pewna włoszka, która na stałe mieszka w Warszawie i miała okazję być gościem Stefano oraz jego przesympatycznej rodziny. Absolutna rewelacja, gościnność, humor i możliwość rozmowy w języku polskim była dla nas prawdziwą niespodzianką bo Stefano mówi świetnie po polsku. Długo by pisać...ale powiem tylko tyle, że polecamy serdecznie to miejsce na naukę przygotowania przepysznej trufli i spędzenie super czasu jakby u starych, dobrych znajomych.
