Do not use this company! These guys are dishonest and evil! They ruined my Umrah and lie so much, once they get your money and then it’s not their problem anymore. Paid a lot of money through this company and was told I will get 5 star hotel. When we arrived the hotel, we found it hadn’t been booked. We had to book our own hotel accommodation and for those who haven’t been yet, it is incredibly busy and hard to find another hotel. We were told (and have documentation) we had an operations manager in Saudi, who it turned out was only a transport company that they use to drive to and from the hotels. So was no help at all and not responsible for the company’s failings. When I reported this to Saudi police, they said the can’t do anything about the Uk company. So, we’ve lost money having to pay for another hotel and the company has refused to compensate us. So we’re out of pocket and this has made our Omruh a stressful and awful experience. Please don’t use this company. They’re corrupt and getting rich on our money and refuse to deal with you honestly. Also sent us another clients email, containing all their details and personal data whom I’ve contacted to warn them. What was supposed to be a journey of a lifetime has left us feeling robbed.

I would highly recommend this team for a support on performing Umrah, especially if this is first time and you are English speaking. The support was superior! Contact 24 hours, very helpful, assisting in everything you need. Umrah guide was great help. So I give highest rating and highly recommend!

If you read all of comments you will feel safe in this company but truely its not . About 3 years now I am still waiting for my money. Trust such a unethical company i never seen. I spoke with them more than 100 times but they seems not to give my money refund. During Covid 19 they cancelled ticket and said that i will get that money in upto three months now more than 3 years. Think 100 times before taking any service from them. Every company very nice During taking service. once ticket and other thing has problem they will not know you. I know someone came here and gave a professional answer to contact with them to show public they are very concern. I have no way but to go court file case against them in order to get my money back. Please think 100 times before buying any service from them. Don't fall on trap..
