I've been in Warsaw many times, as I live on Poland's coast, and on a visit in December myself and a couple of locally resident friends decided to do this: there's not a lot else going on there at the moment. We had a really good time, and I learned a few extra little nuggets about this fine city. Overall it's a challenging but manageable romp around some of the highlights of the place, and would probably be a great introduction if you didn't really know anything about the city.
