    Sangeh Monkey Forest is a sanctuary for grey long-tailed macaques in the village of the same name in south-central Bali. Besides being home to the monkeys, the forest sanctuary also has around 22 different species of birds and a wide variety of mammals, reptiles, amphibians and arthropods. Sangeh Monkey Forest is a nature reserve and is best known for its monkey ‘tribes’. The grey macaques that inhabit the nutmeg forest each have a ring leader. And for the whole, there is 1 highest ruler or ‘king’ living in the largest area, where you can find Bukit Sari Temple, a sanctified temple dating back to the 17th century.

This guy is fantastic , we had him for nearly 3 weeks using him for a tour every other day, he did us a fab Itinerary and he made our trip be the best it could be , we did everything you can do and more , from the temples to the zoos to the rice fields and coffee plantations , we even got a selfie with a monkey , everything he recommends for you will be fantastic , we had two children with us 9 and 10 and they loved Dewa too, so trustworthy and honest , Thankyou for making our 3 weeks so memorable ????????????????????????

Love that Dewa knows this place. We were the only ones there and what a spiritual experience that was, dewa is very funny and is a safe and reliable tour guide and driver. He is always on time and is patient I wait if you run late. He knows all the places to go.

We had the very best time with Dewa! He picked us up and planned out our days for us. He even knew great shops and lunch spots along the way. He was very knowledgeable about all the areas we visited in Bali. Will absolutely reach out to him again when we return.
