I was so excited to go to universal in Orlando, only to be greatly disappointed! And injured too!
I applied for and received the disability assistance, which was only a wheelchair to assist in getting on the ride. This was my first time in the park. I had no idea what to expect and I was very disappointed.
When I went to get on the Harry Potter forbidden journey-our second ride, I e joined the line walking into the Hogwarts building. As we went up the staircase I noted there was very poor lighting and it was difficult to see. I saw no signs odd anything telling me what to do but followed the line on to a moving walkway, then I was told to move over to another walkway that was moving faster. I lost my footing and fell on the walkway and bumped my head on a ride seat behind me. I have a scar on my head now, and medical bills all from trying to make memories at universal studios. More to the story, but I would strongly advise people with disabilities to be wary of universal studios!!
