Thank you for providing a complete balloon service, as you promised. The agency is so approachable when we need them. They answered all our questions patiently and convinced me about the ride quality even at the beginning. The balloon is not flying with all other balloons but they did not mislead us regarding that fact. I paid for the hot air balloon experience and quality service and get what I paid for.
