The pickup time varies between 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. for the morning tour. We will contact you the day before your tour with your exact pickup time.

We can only pick up from hotels within the Fairbanks or North Pole city limits. We do not pick up from the airport.

If you are staying at an Air BnB, please contact us directly for the closest pick up location.

If you are staying outside the city limits, we can pick you up at Walmart or another hotel location. Please call our office to discuss what options are available.

Santa Claus House was very neat. The Cultural center was very interesting and had a cool map that helped us see the layout of the state of Alaska

Laura was very knowledgeable about every place we went. 2 museums the pipe line and the North Pole. She also pointed out a lot of interesting things in between destinations. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Claire made this experience! She is very friendly, peaceful, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun and soaked up so much knowledge about Fairbanks and Alaska. She provided us with a lot of information, but was also able to answer all of our questions and make recommendations. I would highly recommend Claire as a guide and this company to tour with.
