Visitor sold ticket and then changed time. Sent text messages but no mention of time change. Text didn’t include code for ticket. Couldn’t find code. Emailed and called Viator with no answer or reply. Turns out time was changed to 4+ hours earlier and we didn’t know so tickets were invalid. We are very unhappy about our experience with this company. Over $500 in dispute. We went and bought directly at the pier and extended our stay to use the new Alcatraz tickets. We suggest you go buy direct and avoid the stress and loss of funds.
