We had an issue with our visa so the trip was delayed. I wrote them via Viator, emailed them, text message, called them, asking if it was possible to move our tour for the next day(not cancel, just move). They were late to answer our messages. I sent them support that we couldn't travel earlier because of the visa. They were late to address our concern, didn't make any effort to change the date, but STILL charged us. We even tried with Viator costumer service but everything failed. So, we end up not traveling, and lost 270 dollars. So yeah, hopefully they need the money more than us. Would not recommend
