We enjoyed touring the grounds and seeing alligators, birds and exotic plants. The tour of the Tabasco factory was interesting, but a bit hard to follow. Directions and signage could be improved.

We had been here with our children a few years ago, but wanted to come back as a couple to visit again. The self tour is interesting, and we also did a cooking demonstration that was excellent and highly recommend. Be careful--the Tabasco store has some amazing things in it that you can't find anywhere else!
