Enjoy a private wildlife safari tour of Yellowstone National Park. Your group will focus on the geology, wildlife, and natural history of Yellowstone National Park while customizing the safari around your specific areas of interest. The entire day will be suited to your schedule and areas of interest by your experienced naturalist guide. The guides at Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park.

All guests are picked up and returned to their place of lodging. We pick up at hotels, condos and private residences in Jackson and Teton Village. Make sure you notify us of your lodging location at the time of booking. All private safari guests are picked up at 6:30am.

  • For groups of 14 guests or less: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day safaris and a 14-day cancellation policy for all 2-3 day safaris. For multi-day safaris of 4 days or more, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. For groups of 15 or more guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the policy goes into effect will receive a refund minus a 10% fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation policy period will not be refunded. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had such an amazing tour in Grand Teton we asked to have the same tour guide, Kade Kreger, as our guide for the Yellowstone tour. We toured the South Loop and got to see Old Faithful as well as multiple hot springs, geysers, mudpots and fumaroles. There were many bison, elk and antelopes to be seen on this tour as well. Our favorite part had to be the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Kade told us to resist the urge to look until we got to the viewing platform. When we did - WOW! It was so beautiful and amazing. Every picture my wife took looked like a painting. I would recommend Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris to anyone heading to that area. They took great care of us and we were definitely not disappointed.

Highly recommend to get most out of your visit. Our guide Jedediah was outstanding. Great insight and education about the park. I know there’s no way we could have hit all the spots on our own. We had done the Grand Teton tour a couple days earlier and our guide Kade was fantastic. The snacks and lunch were great as well!

Amazing experience and we absolutely loved our guide Dwight! Dwight was so accommodating and fun with our family. Our 10, 8, and 5 year old kids had an incredible time and the trip was perfect for their age. We had never heard of Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris and just booked based on Google and Trip Advisor reviews. If you want to get the true experience and learn more intimate details of the Yellowstone area, book with these folks. You won't regret it
