Each team must bring at least one fully charged smart phone that has GPS and that can can send and receive data, photos, videos, and text messages. If you have an international phone number or encounter other technical difficulties, you must complete the game using WhatsApp or email. You can easily provide us with this contact information through a viator message in advance of your hunt.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We did the Carmel Delight Scavenger Hunt and my family of four had a fantastic time exploring the town and everything it had to offer! Katie, our interactive remote guide, was wonderful and helped cheer us on throughout the day. There are definitely way more clues than we were able to finish in two hours, but they offer a long game where we had practically all day to complete the clues at our own pace, which we loved. Thank you for the great time and we will definitely try this again!

Enjoyed: Extra points are earned at anytime. Disliked: We tried to complete each mission in sequential order. This used quite a lot of gasoline, which is sooooooo expensive in California.

Was fun to learn the area, found some thiywe wouldn’t have discovered on our way Em. Would have been more fun with a group competing against each other.
