This tour takes you within 6 miles of Denali's north summit (19,470 ft.) and south summit (20,320 ft.). You will enter an ancient world of rugged high mountain peaks, towering snow-capped mountains and glacier-filled valleys and explore the south and east faces of Denali. The regular flightseeing tour is 1 hour, or choose the glacier landing option for a 1.5 hour tour including a landing atop a glacier. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience you will not forget.

    This route is the foundation for all of our flightseeing tours. Fly up to 6 miles (10 km) from Denali’s summit, then descend into the awe-inspiring Ruth Amphitheater and Great Gorge. View the Tokositna and Ruth Glaciers, the sharp ridges of Mount Huntington, hanging glaciers clinging to Mount Hunter, and the famous Moose’s Tooth.

Wilbur, our pilot was wonderful. He spent time preflight explain what to expect and the entire flight was sharing his extensive knowledge of the area. We had a clear day and were fortunate to have breathtaking views.

This was an absolutely FABULOUS experience! Our pilot, Will, did an informative and helpful pre-flight review of our flight and route. He did a great job of pointing out major landmarks as well as the geology of the area. Having flown K2 25 years ago as part of a climbing expedition I appreciated then and again on this trip with their focus on safety and experience. Seeing the Ruth Gorge / Glacier as well as Denali up close is a once in a lifetime experience and well worth the cost. I would give them a 10 in terms of delivering a truly memorable experience.

Had the best time flying with K2! The weather was just right we got to land on a glacier and hang out for about 30 mins. Flew around Denali and saw so many cool views. Started out green and lush then went into snowy mountains. It was incredible. Worth it!! The staff was great and our pilot as well.
