Excellent he has such a great voice great song choice must see it’s a simple venue but he does such a great job we all enjoyed I understand the issue w the outside toilets but don’t let that prevent you from enjoying this tribute I like the fact that he sang well known and some not well know songs and his video of cash playing Elvis I never saw before it’s another way of making this a must for fans of Elvis and cash

My wife, grandson, and I went to the Elvis/Cash show. It was subpar at best. During the show, my wife, who is diabetic, became very warm. I stepped outside, leaving my wife with my 22 year old grandson. She then went to the lobby and asked the front desk about the temperature. The lady said she would lower it. My wife waited in the lobby a few minutes, but felt to ill to go back in. My grandson then came out and we left. I emailed the theater and asked for a refund of the 89.00 I paid as we only were able to see about 30 minutes of the 90 minute show. The owner refused the refund, claiming I insulted his theater, defending the temperature in the theater, and also claiming that I "extorted" him by stating that I would post our negative experience if we didn't receive a refund. He still doesnt seem to understand that even if the temperature was fine for others in the theater, for my wife it wasnt with her health conditions, so we had to leave and miss the show we paid for. Yes, it wasn't that good, and the seats have no armrests and are extremely uncomfortable. He states you can rent or ask for seat cushions for this issue? Well, my question is, why aren't the seat cushions already there? Obviously, the theatre knows the seating discomfort is an issue! And the owner says maybe he would have refunded me if I had asked "nicely enough"? I have been going to Pigeon Forge for over 20 years and have never had a refund denied for a legitimate reason, such as a health crisis. Don't waste your money on this tiny, dingy theater. Go to Memories Theater right down the road for a great show and comfortable seating.

I really enjoyed the Cash part more. I think he should've sang more of Elvus' popular songs. The popular songs are the ones everyone remembers and would be more engaged.
