    From here, venture to the Swamp Rabbit trail to experience a different side of Greenville. This 18-mile (29-km) multi-use trail system runs along the Reedy River and connects Greenville County with schools, parks and local businesses. As your guide will explain, this trail follows the bed of a former railroad nicknamed after the indigenous swamp rabbit.

  • Dress code: Closed-toe shoes are preferred but not required; shoes with any heel can be a challenge, and weather-appropriate layers; no hats
  • We provide full refunds if OUR COMPANY cancels due to rain or inclement weather.
  • NOT NOT NOT recommended for anyone with mobility issues; must able to stand unaided for approx. 2 hrs.
  • NOT recommended for anyone who has had recent surgeries for joint replacement.
  • NOT recommended for those with vestibular or unpredictable blood sugar issues.

What a perfect way to view Greenville! Walter was the best. Super knowledgeable and great teacher. Segway was far easier and more fun that I expected!

We selected the 2 hour Segway tour and did so by reservation. Our group was the only one scheduled and that was nice. Walter was our guide. We had ridden before and it didn't take much practice before we felt comfortable and were ready to go. He prepared us well for the terrain. He also provided safety reminders throughout the tour which I appreciated. Walter asked about our interests and seemed to customize the tour. He talked about history, art, and ghosts. He also recommended restaurants and other businesses. I enjoyed the stories but especially enjoyed riding the Segway. I always felt safe on the ride but it also felt adventurous, exploring a wide area of Greenville and zipping around people along the way. We also visited locations where there were fewer people and that was fun too. I can't think a a better city for a Segway tour. Thank you so much Walter for making this such a memorable experience!

Great adventure! Our guide Walter was very very good!! He is very knowledgeable explained everything so well he did an amazing recommendations for good places to go eat and have fun!!!! He’s very polite and helpful he teaches us how to use the Segway with patience and understanding that for some people it’s very difficult the first time!!
