Explore western Sedona on this guided, 3-4 hour ATV tour.  Ride out among beautiful red rocks while powering down a beaten-down desert trail. See Sedona from a place no tour bus can go and experience the back country like never before. This is a 20-30 mile tour within red rock desert terrain with panoramic vistas. Please Arrive 30 minutes before tour time.

    The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What a fantastic way to see Sedona off road! My husband and I shared an ATV and the driving privileges. We had a blast!! There was just the right amount of fear factor for me when we kicked it into 4x4 to rock climb with spectacular views surrounding! Tim and Tyler were fun, knowledgeable and patient guides, taking time with those that were less skilled on an ATV. Be prepared to get dirty as dust is an expected result when tearing down dirt roads. Thank you Tim and Tyler for a memorable time.

Steve was an excellent ATV guide. He ensured that we understood the safety information and we felt completely secure! He made the tour both safe and fun. We would definitely do this tour again with Steve as our guide!
