Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

With premium delivery service, you can place your order for skis, snowboards, boots and helmets before you arrive. Your gear will be delivered at a time that’s convenient for you and does a custom fitting while you sit back and relax in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery.

Delivery service is only for those directly in the South Tahoe (Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Kirkwood) area.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The service was awesome, definitely recommend the two-day to your door, hotel delivery and fitting. My wife’s ski were a bit tight so be sure to know what size actually need to wear. Especially if it’s your first time. Equipment was in great shape and they are available to pick up returns at your door as well. Great service.

This was our first family ski vacation. Rob at Black Tie was just incredible. When we arrived the evening before, he had all of our boots and skis ready to go. The equipment was top of the line. He was so patient with each of us and made sure everything was fitted perfectly really going above and beyond what was required. He was extremely knowledgeable. He remembered all our names and was anxious to hear how the day went. We highly recommend Black Tie!

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
