  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Had a 1pm reservation. Called when no one showed up. Told we are moving you to 2pm. We were on a timeline as we were in town for wedding. Couldn’t do an hour delay. Now we are fighting for a refund.

Liz was great on this tour. Very friendly. We did have a couple of glitches. We made a reservation for 2:00 and no one showed up. We called the number and they showed our reservation for 4:00. About 3:25 we received a call to cancel until the next day. They extended our tour for the issues we experienced.

My husband and I have been coming to HHI for many years & decided to try something new. Liz, our HHI Segway tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable regarding what she was doing and just a nice person! We'll do this again next year when we come back! Fun ride, everyone should try at least once!
