The Melting Point is a new, state-of-the-art facility featuring a fine art gallery, a lamp working studio and fully equipped hotshop. We eat, sleep, and breath glass, and it's our delight to share this passion with the community. Our staff is as diverse as the beautiful Sedona desert landscape. Coming from a broad range of educational backgrounds, our glassblowers can tell you everything you would ever want to know about the science and art of glass.

    Just a few minutes from downtown Sedona by car this place was great! 4 pm class on a weekday had only 5 people. Instructor was thorough on safety measures and technique really allowing participants to be involved at each step of the way. Pick from 8 projects each priced differently and every person gets one on one attention and you can watch and learn before your turn. Very chill time, nothing rushed, and so glad we did it. Highly recommend it. After we drove 15 minutes to secret slick rock for sunset then Dahl and Dilucas Ristorante just a few minutes from this place for dinner. This itenary was such a great block of time to spend with my wife and 17 year old Daughter.

    We had a wonderful experience!! Rose was very bubbly, knowledgeable and a great instructor!!! Can’t wait to get our flowers in the mail!!!

    The techniques were easily explained and we were helped with each step. I made a flower and my husband made a beautiful heart. Great experience to share together!
