The driver, Alexandro, was very professional and addressed service needs of the customer. Very patience and extremely helpful with my wife who was having mobility problems. Additionally, he was very early ( not just prompt) enabling us to relief and issues of getting to the airport in time for a stress free arrival and boarding process. Pick up time was a problem for other carbservice companies BUT not for Metro Livery even though they had little time to react to our timing requests. Definitely plan to use them again if possible.

VERY impressed with Metro Livery- clean vehicles, clean drivers who are courteous and prompt! It’s comforting to know that you have one less thing to worry about when traveling. Metro Livery does an excellent job with communications throughout so you know what to expect and the name of your driver. There really is no other way to travel when you need excellent transportation service!
