PRIVATE FISHING 1-6 PASSENGER South Padre Island Bay Fishing! Join us on the beautiful Laguna Madre for a private fishing charter for 1 to 6 passengers aboard our  22 ft Majek or 24ft Carolina. This fishing experience is suitable for beginners, kids, and experts. Depending on the season catches include sand trout, whiting, drum, shark, sheepshead, and other varieties of fish. Fish cleaning is available for an additional fee. $1 small fish ( Such as trout ) $5 big fish ( such as redfish ) Shark Fishing is available upon request. We must know 2 days prior to the trip because special bait must be purchased.

Chapo was great. He was very patient with the kids. I would definitely recommend SPI Excursions for guided fishing for kids.

Guess what WE DID NOT CATCH ANY FISH!!!! The ppl that manage this place should know when the weather is not good for fishing. That's the reason that we where the only boat out there, bc everyone else go the message and cancel. # 2 I did send a message to find out if the trip will b cancel bc we were concerned about the weather, but ya didn't and you are in the business of fishing????, instead ya asked to upgrade according to ya it will b better due to the weather and help catch more fish, instead of canceling. What kind of crap is that???// bc were out there litter freezing going to different spots and all of them with no luck NO 1 fish. Believe this is not the 1st time we go fishing and never we came out without anything. STOP STEALING PPL MONEY!!!!!!

We spent a chilly morning fishing with Brady. He worked very hard to find some fish and get them in the boat. While the fish weren’t biting well we still managed to land a large black drum, a ray, and some catfish. The best part was seeing all the beautiful wildlife including the dolphins and sea turtle. Thanks for the hard work Brady!
