  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I confirmed and had to reconfirm pick up time because I had a funny feeling something was off…and I was rights Driver called and said she was in traffic and was going to be late by 20 minutes. Not acceptable, we cancelled and took and uber that was 1 minute away.

Quick and easy. Driver was late because of a traffic on the interstate but he communicated with us the whole time and gave us updates on his arrival. Luckily I had planned time for traffic so we still got to the airport in PLENTY of time. Driver was friendly and very apologetic. Vehicle was clean and just as promised. Very happy.

On time arrival at the airport. Amy was a fantastic driver. Amy arrived at the hotel right on time and helped with the luggage.
