The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a 50/50 experience with Carmel Car Service booked through Viator for our San Francisco trip. When we arrived in San Fran, the driver was on time, pleasant and helpful. Good experience. However, for our town car service from the cruise terminal back to SFO, the communication was horrible. I called dispatch and spoke with them twice. The first time to inform that we were outside (at least 30 minutes early - our choice) and what "pole" number we were standing by. The second time, I called dispatch when the driver was 10 minutes late. I was told he hit traffic. When the driver arrived 25 minutes late, he said the driver that was to pick us up was in an accident - which we did not believe. Dispatch, I'm sure would have told us. We were very disappointed and won't book this service again.
