The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Alex is an excellent driver. Arrived early, texted he was on location and helped us unload a lot of luggage at the airport.

Because of a parade we were left to our own devices. No calls ahead of time so we could take necessary arrangements.
We were ready 15 minutes prior to our pick up after several calls we were told they were cancelling out reservations due to the parade.
Other hotel guests were picked up by other shuttle services. There was no reason they couldn’t provide the service. In addition there was hardly any traffic in SF due to a federal holiday.
It’s like providing a cleaning service only to clean houses that are clean.
If you can’t provide a pick up due to rain, sunshine, traffic jams, fog or whatever reason you might rethink your business model or at least have the courtesy to contact your customers in a timely manner.

Alex was an excellent driver and very patient!! I would definitely use this again and mostly tell everyone about how good this experience was!!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
