The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, four per sports utility vehicle four per limousine - due to luggage capacity limitations and 10 passengers per VIP Van
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Rick, our driver, provided so much more than just a transfer to the airport. He pointed out wildlife, historical areas, and told us so much about the area. He even made a U-turn and pulled over so we could see a mountain goat. When we were ready to leave the cruise terminal earlier than our scheduled departure time, Rick was able to accommodate us.

I booked and paid prior to our cruise with details regarding pick up since we would not have access to emails or reception on the ship , we had to find other transportation once we arrived

We had a professional driver, everything was well organized in advance, we were directed to the right coach immediately. the driver gave good information during the ride. We didn't especially like the animal park.
