First flight out of Fort Riley on tarmac for an hour while we waited for a mechanic to fix a marker light. Then we were late arriving in Houston to be found we had to wait another hour there on the tarmac cleaned the aeroplane. Then we missed our flight from San Francisco to New Zealand due to our late departure from Houston. As we missed our flight we had premium economy seats which we weren’t able to use obviously. The ground staff in San Francisco were excellent I must say. They put us up in a nice hotel for the night caught the flight from New Zealand the next night. Of course there was no premium economy seats left so we were put in economy on a Nile seat where we got bumped by every person passing. The staff were terrible they seem not to give any care at all. They were surly and not interested in their job at all. On top of that we got home and both of us found ourselves very ill with an upset stomach I don’t recommend flying united at al
