My sisters flew out to California and I surprised them with this champagne boat cruise. It topped off a perfect weekend! I am now thinking of other people to suggest this too definitely. The food was good, the music set the atmosphere perfectly! The ride, the scenery all awesome!

Excellent view of the bay and great service from the staff. We enjoyed the food and relaxing music. Overall it was a memorable experience for my wife and I.

I don't know how to rate this experience. The morning of the Cruise, I was stuck at my home airport for 7 hours due to airplane technical issue. As soon as I found out this plane problem, I called Hornblower / City Experiences to explain this emergency, to cancel or reschedule my cruise. They said I had booked through TripAdvisor / Viator. So then I called TripAdvisor / Viator, who then said this was non-refundable, and I need to call Hornblower / City Experiences. I called HB / CE and they said they'll send an email to TripAdvisor / Viator, but they could not do anything because they said I booked through TripAdvisor. I then called TripAdvisor / Viator, who denied receiving such an email, and would not let me cancel or reschedule. In the end, the plane issue - though beyond anyone's control - costed me $270 (for two people). If either Hornblower / City Experience / TripAdvisor / Viator were willing to work with me in this unexpected emergency, I could have left them a glowing review.
