This was a fun tour! We had a nice clear night which allowed us to get some really great views of the stars. Our guides were very knowledgeable and the telescopes were cool to be able to clearly see what we were looking at. Blankets were provided which was nice because it was a cooler night!

This tour is for advanced stargazing, astronomy enthusiasts. The guide was like a university professor reading a textbook without periods. He was speaking in very advanced language, void of those of us who had no idea what he was talking about. The telescopes were fine, but the planets look like little dots instead of it being exciting and more advanced sightings. I would recommend this for those who are advanced astronomy enthusiast, but those of us who are beginners should not go on this tour.

The speakers were very knowledgeable and friendly, sky conditions seems good for gazing. A bit pricey for what you get, as it’s sitting in a lawn chair with a group of 25 waiting to look into the telescope. They had blankets for participants, if you get cold. We’d probably pass on going again, but others may really enjoy it.
