They didn’t show up. When I phoned they said to contact Viator for my refund ???? I could have done a different tour had I know

They never showed up! We have been standing at the meeting point in front of the Hard Rock Cafe for 20 min and they never showed up. We called the number, but it was a private number with a voice call. This is a scam, be warned.

excellent tour guide took us around San Francisco he took across the Golden Gate Bridge which was something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s knowledge of the area which exceptionally good excellent you are recommended to anybody.
