    Great trip! Our guide was perfect for our venture: friendly, understanding, providing insights to the local culture. He also helped us transition back to the next city for our ongoing Uzbekistan visit. Among highlights were visiting the mountain villages with friendly people literally living in oases.... so refreshing and amazing. Highly recommend taking this trip to vary the usual tourist visits through the major cities of the Silk Road.
