We appreciated the approach of our guide, Paulino, who not only brought alive Valencia's history and culture, but also outlined the current dynamics shaping modern Valencia and its people. The relaxed pacing of the tour gave us just the right amount of time to take in the city and our guide's perspectives without feeling rushed nor meandering. After the tour, Paulino pointed us to a few local places for amazing snacks/refreshments - a great day!
