Een fantastische ervaring met een zeer enthousiaste en gastvrije Maria en Roberto die ons de fijne kneepjes voor het bereiden van een paella hebben bijgebracht. Alle bewondering voor Maria.

Een fantastische ervaring, niet alleen om paella te maken ook om te eten. Na enige verwarring en een telefoontje werden we bij het hotel opgehaald. Een heel enthousiaste dame die veel vertelde over Valencia. We waren met, wij een stel, een gezin van drie, en een gezin van vier. Per groep hadden we een pan tot onze beschikking. En maakte we onze eigen paella, voor twee, drie en vier personen. In een mooie omgeving. Nu de uitdaging om deze culinaire ervaring thuis uit te proberen.
