Hired the e-scooters for me and my son for all day to explore Valencia. Great scooters and as we were both new to them the staff were super helpful showing us how to ride them, but also what to do, look out for around Valencia. I weigh more than my son so after about 3/4 of the day my scooter was running low on charge. We were close and so stopped into get a top up. They just swapped out both our scooters with fresh ones, no questions asked. Great service and great people as the name says Happy Tourist Center, can’t disagree there.

Zeer vriendelijke vrouw die ons hielp. 2 E-steps en 2 fietsen gehuurd voor de hele dag. Om 17:00 uur terug omdat de accu leeg was. We kregen voor de laatste 2 uur gewoon weer 2 volle steps mee. Fantastische service dus.

it was amazing I had a good time they have rent the e scooter very quickly and they spoke fluently many languages. I rent the e scooter for all day and it is the best way to see valencia. Thank you guys for amazing experience
