Cooking paella is the most remarkable Valencian experience, not only at culinary level but also at a social level. You will totally feel as a local. All the products are fresh. We have won the first prize for the best paella in Valencia at the 58th International Paella Competition in Sweden, we use products with Valencian designation of origin. And you will enjoy a different and personal experience.

    Gregor was great! He explained Valencian paella and walked us through the process step by step explaining the cultural background behind all of the ingredients. And the paella, sangria and dessert was all delicious!

    An excellent, authentic paella class in the heart of Valencia’s historic old town. Pepe made the class not only very enjoyable but informative and the paella was delicious. Would recommend this as a ‘must’ for anyone visiting.
