Learned a few excellent tips about paella making! Loved seeing the market- full of everything. The staff make included everyone, and made it fun. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon!

I loved the whole experience from the shopping for all the ingredients at the local neighborhood market to chopping and sipping Sangria. At the end our teachers served us our Paella and we felt like Paella stars!

So much fun, new friends and great Valencian paella! We shopped with our chefs, to choose the freshest ingredients, walked to the kitchen then enjoyed several hours sipping sangria, eating tapas and making paella all while learning about the origins of the dish and making new friends.
