Very informative. Anna, Juan & Christina were so much fun and also very accomplished. As a former food service professional, I especially liked their attention to safety & sanitation. They also accommodated those with special dietary requirements with ease.

This was fun! It was sometimes a bit difficult to understand the guide group’s English, but the whole day was still a blast and we learned to make a delicious paella. Also appreciated the appetizers, sangria, and desserts that were included!

What a fantastic and energetic team we had today for the workshop! Jose, Valentino and Anna were all super inspiring and fun to work with. They really created the right setting and atmosphere for a traditional paella. We are left wanting for more and will hone are new found paella making skills at home for family and friends. Many thanks!
