We had several experiences with Alejandra and her team including cooking classes at their beautiful location in Valladolid and Puerto Morales as well as cooking with Netflix Rosalita. We also were taken to a local street market to buy the ingredients we needed for our classes. I learned so much about Mexican cooking and the culture. I highly recommend one of these experiences if you love food. The team all spoke perfect English, though I did try to use some of my Spanish
