Xkopek is a unique place in Valladolid where you will find a magnificent dry cenote, where you can meet several species of native bees, bees without stings, bees that were very important for the Mayan culture. Xkopek is a project of a family of Mayan beekeepers that seeks to raise awareness about the care of bees and the rescue of Mayan culture and traditions.

  • Traditional Poc chuc, pork or chicken, accompanied by beans, onion, tomato sauce and omelette. You can choose this or a breakfast from our menu.

El tour que tomé dura aproximadamente.una hora, no incluye alimentos pero sí una degustación de miel y otros productos apícolas. El tour es muy entretenido.el.guía es muy amable. Pudimos.conocer el.habitat.natural.de.las abejas.endémicas y sus características. Vimos.por dentro.algunas colmenas y la degustación estuvo excelente. En mi tour había niños.pequeños y les gustó mucho.

Loved this nature tour of the different bees hives, the dry cenote and its beautiful birds and trees. Jorge is a third generation bee farmer, very knowledgeable about the history of the farm, the bees and the health benefits of honey. Had a nice lunch in the restaurant on the property. Highly recommend if you like nature.
