Bus was 45 minutes late, guide's English was hard to follow and she managed to loose our tickets for the temple, causing another 15 minute wait....

I was in Malta for a limited time, and definitely wanted to see all these places, and was happy to find a tour that let me visit them in a short amount of time. On my own, I definitely would have spent a little more time at each location - perhaps another 30 minutes each. The guide was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions. I'm glad I went to the archaeology museum in Valletta earlier in the week where the original artifacts from the temples are on display - There are replicas of several of the artifacts removed from the Tarxien temples at the site, but this was not the case for Hagar Qim or Mnajdra - there are just pictures for most of the objects. I did enjoy being able to walk through the temples; even in a group, it didn't feel too cramped on the walkways. The only thing I was annoyed by was transportation: if you're getting picked up from Valletta, you will be the first picked up, and last dropped off (at least on my tour day, and I doubt they change it). I'm glad I had a good breakfast and brought snacks because I left my hotel at 7:30am and was dropped off after 2pm. If you need a snack, there was a little cafe cart in the parking lot for the temples.

A wonderful and informative trip. Our guide Mario was so much fun and extremely knowledgeable. Lots of time to explore but never left hanging around
