Tour guides were friendly and gave us a few recommendations of places to eat and visit. Didn't get the bottle of water or necklace that was advertised

Friendly guy in an air conditioned vehicle. Yes, would recommend the transfer from airport to accom. Didnt get a chance to use Yumi for tours as we checked out after just 2 nights of our 6 night stay at Coco Beach Resort. Coco Beach 4 star Resort, they said they overbooked, so put us into disgusting accomm which was a health hazard. Absolutely nothing like the website pics. No hot water, dead ceiling fan, broken mouldy shower, infested with mosquitoes. Refused refund. Dozens of photos taken.

Driver was awaiting me on my arrival. On the way into Port Vila we discussed tour options available, and I made a reservation for an island tour a couple of days later. Different driver ( Robert ) for this family business took me on 2 tours during my vacation there. Interesting discussions, humour and also lunches together. Just like old mates now. Will seek them out if I return to Vanuatu.
