    We’ll then head to perhaps the most famous part of the Holy city - the Sistine Chapel. It’s from this fabled building that the mysterious white smoke rises upon the selection of a new pope. And it’s also the home of Michalangelo’s masterpiece ‘The Last Judgement’. Walking through here - in silence, as the laws state - is a truly magical experience.

We had a great time today at the Vatican Museums - Tiana was an incredible guide. She was warm and full for great information. She kept my younger daughter (11) engaged . I particularly loved her detailed lesson on the artwork in the Sistine Chapel- it really helped us understand what we were looking at. Thank you for an amazing day. Oh- also was nice to have a small group!

We had an excellent tour with our guide Susana. She was kind,, friendly, and engaging with all ages in our group. I loved the fact that we were with a smaller group, especially in such a magnificent setting which can be overwhelming for young adults. She had an in-depth knowledge of the Vatican and Vatican City. Keep in mind when booking this tour St Peter’s Basilica is on your own, which lines were quite long when we finished, and were unable to make it do to the fact we had to catch our train. So plan accordingly.
