    Friendly guide but would prefer unguided tour. She was very detailed in her descriptions which would be great for those who love art history but a little much for the average patron.

    We were asked to wait a long time for others who never showed up. Then your staff made us wait inside the Vatican a long time because they forgot their badge. Unprepared and unprofessional. The Sistine Chapel almost closed by the time we got to it. No audio set was included. Expensive, frustrating. We should have just stood in line and bought our own tickets. I do not recommend this company.

    Total waste of time and extra money to ‘skip the line’ after waiting over 30 minutes to walk to museum entry and wait another 20 minutes for tour person to purchase and distribute tickets. Once provided the tickets we individually entered and lined up with all others to enter Sistine Chapel. Simply it would have taken half the time and cost half the price to do it ourselves!
