Take this tour if you want to feel like a vip! We were practically the first people inside the Vatican. Despite hearing that it gets very crowded it was't at all. I think the early start helped. Our guide was originally going to be David but in the end there was a change and we had Maria. Maria was exceptional... it is very rare that I enjoy tours, and even rare that i write reviews. We started the day at 7am and made our way into the Vatican Museum before opening hours. Had breakfast which included bacon & eggs. We then took a private shuttle along Vatican grounds. This makes the trip so worth it. Our guide is an italian Architect who has a vast knowledge of history and the arts. The tour of the museum, along with the Sistine Chapel and the Cathedral made this trip extraordinary! This was a memorable trip! Well worth it! Beat the crowds. It’s worth the money and your time!
