The Amarone 2005 tasting is an interesting experience because it allows you to taste an old vintage of Amarone to compare with the current sales vintage. In addition to the amarone you will wine Sin Cero a wine without added sulphites, our valpolicella classico (Iperico), our valpolicella classico superiore (iltabarro), our valpolicella classico superiore ripasso and the Morar Amarone DOC 2010 Bio. The whole cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard is managed biodynamically. It will be explained what it means and why it is important to have a respectful attitude of the vineyards and the environment.

I vini degustati (dal vapoliccella all'amarone al recioto) hanno un'anima davvero unica. Escono dallo schema classico per sorprendere con una grande freschezza e piacevolezza. La naturalità emerge in maniera netta. È veramente da provare soprattutto per chi crede di aver già provato quanto questa terra pio offrire. Non importa quanti amaroni avete già bevuto: questo è da provare. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Beautiful experience. The wines are delicious, the place fantastic, the kindness of all the people who work there is great, in addition to their skills and knowing how to treat customers in an exemplary way. It's the second time I've gone for a tasting and there will definitely be a third because it's always nice and every time you learn something new.
