If you own a Barclqycard book direct and save yourself half the price of this trip - tickets for these seats cost 25E each - so paying more than £100 is a rip-off! That having been said - fab performance of Aida - incredible staging and great performers making for a magical night.

Great package including a walking tour and the opera night in the arena. Suzi was a very nice guide for the walking tour, dynamic and knowledgeable. The opera seats are on the rocks so buy in the street a small pillow to seat on - you will be grateful for it! Our Carmen opera was interrupted by the rain, however it was a magnificent experience.

Great tour of the highlights of Verona, finishing off with an amazing experience at the opera! It was surreal to be in this ancient arena! Only reason I gave 4 stars, though, was that it wasn’t communicated that we couldn’t bring our water bottles in as well as long lens cameras into the arena. We had to find lockers in a sketchy alley down the road to lock up our water bottles and camera.
