For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Serena, our guide was great. She was funny, informative, and made the entire experience a good one. Verona is a beautiful city with so much history and she was so knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, which was very helpful. A+ with a guide like her.

Franco was amazing. So knowledgable, friendly and funny. He also encouraged questions and included your views in his commentary. He obviously loves Verona and history.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
