We had an incredible three hour tour with Sophia, an absolute standout guide with perfect english whose depth of knowledge and passion for Verona’s history brought the city to life in unforgettable ways. She revealed layers of the city we never would have discovered on our own, from ancient Roman ruins to the complex legacy of the Fascist era. If you love history, having a guide is essential in Verona. We could not have imagined anyone better than Sophia. She delivered a ten star experience and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

All of the sites, treasures and history of Verona that Silvia shared were all new to us and interesting. Much of our time was during a light rain. Surprisingly it didn’t detract from an excellent three hour walking tour. Silvia is an outstanding guide.
