We booked this tour weeks ahead of our trip to Milan. This tour operator is highly efficient. Emails outlined details of our tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time. The car was clean and comfortable. Driver was pleasant and dressed appropriately. We met our local guide in Verona. He showed us all the places of interest. He took time to answer our questions- very knowledgeable about the history. This tour was well organized. Pilar, our contact at the tour company kept in touch to make sure things were ok. Happy with our decision.
