Join a funny interactive wine school in Verona’s city centre and discover the scent and taste of the most famous local wines in a lovely Italian “ VINERIA” (a sort of wine shop). We start with a soft but elegant dry and mineral white wine ( the glorious Soave) that opens the palate before moving to the aromatic Lugana (South Garda Lake). Then we taste the reds, all from the Valpolicella Classica area (west of Verona), enjoying a robust Valpolicella Superiore before sipping the King of The wines, the noble and intense AMARONE ! All the wines served are paired with some local delicious snacks. We will also taste some excellent extra virgin olive oil, and the balsamic vinegar 12 years old! Enjoy the tasting! Raise your glass, Cin Cin and uncork Verona with us! THIS IS A NICE OPTION TO SPEND AN UNUSUAL AFTERNOON IN VERONA.

We just completed our 4th Verona wine tour with Virginia of Romeo & Juliet Guide. She put together a “customized” 3 winery tour with lunch and an “overlook” stop with breathtaking views of the Valpolicella area for our group of 10 people The tour was very well organized and everyone had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. We tasted many great DOC, DOCG, ITG wines and had a delicious lunch with homemade sausage and lasagna. My wife and I personally ordered 6 cases of our favorite wines for shipment back to the USA which Virginia will handle all the logistics. We could do these tours over and over again, the Valpolicella area is such a beautiful place not to mention the superior wine. Virginia is an excellent and very experienced guide, she is highly knowledgeable of the local Verona area wines, Italian wines in general and the city of Verona and the surrounding area. I highly recommend Virginia and Romeo & Juliet Guide for a fantastic Verona wine tasting experience!

Degustazione di vini consigliatissima, il titolare è simpatico, alla mano affabile e espertissimo, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ci ha guidato attraverso l'esperienza. Vini buonissimi e peculiari della zona, abbinati a snack che amplificano i loro sapori. Posizione centrale e comoda.
